I'm a dermatology resident and medical doctor working at the intersection of clinical skin care, anti-ageing science, and community-driven geriatric health in Nepal.
Dr. Mahendra Pandey is a PGY-1 Dermatology Resident at the Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS) in Lalitpur, Nepal. A graduate of Tribhuvan University's Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj Medical Campus, he brings a unique blend of clinical rigor and community-first thinking to his practice.
Before entering dermatology training, he served as a Medical Doctor at Lubhu Primary Health Centre for over two years — where he witnessed first-hand the healthcare gaps facing Nepal's ageing population. This experience sparked his dedication to geriatric medicine and community-based elder care models.
His interests span clinical and aesthetic dermatology, anti-ageing and longevity medicine, regenerative treatments, and innovative healthcare delivery in underserved communities. He is also the co-founder of Zen Zee Health, a geriatric healthcare initiative in Nepal.
